Accept the commission of the parties, act as an agent and participate in mediation, litigation (economic, civil, administrative, criminal), and arbitration activities of various cases; Provide legal services for bidding and tendering activities of foreign-related engineering projects; Handling legal affairs in foreign-related real estate transactions; Acting as an agent for the registration of opening, changes, mergers and acquisitions, and cancellation of foreign-invested enterprises; Acting as an agent and participating in the liquidation legal affairs related to the dissolution and bankruptcy of foreign-invested enterprises; Assist foreign companies in establishing representative offices, branches, and investment companies in China; Accept the commission of the parties and provide legal information and legal dynamic analysis reports to foreign clients;

Invited to participate in project initiation and feasibility studies; Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as foreign-related contracts, agreements, and articles of association, and participating in foreign-related negotiations;

Provide legal consultation and lawyer witness for the legal actions of the parties involved; Accept commission to conduct market research and customer credit investigation on behalf of clients;

Accept the commission of the parties involved and handle anti-dumping and anti subsidy legal affairs on their behalf;

Outsourced project financing, international loans, leasing and other foreign-related financial services;

Acting as an agent for the application, registration, and other legal affairs related to intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.);

Handle technology introduction and export business; Handle foreign-related insurance and international factoring business; Undertake other legal affairs entrusted by overseas lawyers;

Other foreign-related legal services.
