    Job Responsibilities:
    Business Introduction: A top tier M&A team with a good atmosphere and strong professional capabilities. Our main business areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, overseas investments, private equity investments, and other related businesses. Our main clients include Fortune 500 companies in the chemical, energy and infrastructure, automotive, manufacturing, and industrial consumer goods and retail industries, multinational corporations, Chinese state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises.

    Qualification:
    1. Graduated from a law major at a well-known law school both domestically and internationally, with a background in studying abroad (especially holding a JD degree from a well-known law school abroad);
